Step 2: Remove sausage, toss potatoes and onions in sausage fat and roast on Brava's Breakfast Potatoes recipe program.

Step 3: Create wells in tray, crack eggs, top with cheese, and run Brava's Fried Eggs program.

Step 4. Divvy up between 4 plates, and serve with sausage.

Step 4. Garnish with a few arugula leaves on top.
