About this Custom Cook

For a festive St. Patrick's Day breakfast, or simply a colorful spin on the most important meal of the day.

Ingredients:
2 slices bacon
1 egg
1 bagel or English muffin, toasted and buttered
Green food coloring (liquid preferred)
Any leftover cooked hearty greens, like kale or collard greens (optional)

Recipe:
Place 2 slices bacon in Zone 2 of Metal Tray
Slide Metal tray onto bottom shelf and follow directions on the Brava.
While bacon cooks, prepare poached green eggs. Add 3Tbsp water in the top-left egg well of the Egg Tray. Add two drops of green food coloring to the water and give it a quick stir. Add the greens, if using, to the bottom-right egg well. Crack egg into green water.
When bacon is done, remove from Brava and set on a paper towel to crisp.
Slide Egg Tray onto top shelf and follow directions on the Brava.
When egg is poached and greens are reheated, place your greens, then egg, then bacon on the English muffin. Feel free to use any spread or special sauce.
