About this Custom Cook
Ingredients:
Puff pastry, cut in squares
Tomato sauce of your preference
Mozzarella Cheese, cut into small cubes
Grated Parmesan cheese
Italian spices
Panko breadcrumbs
Eggs
Olive oil
Directions:
Place your puff pastry square on a cutting board and rotate it until you have a diamond. Add about a tablespoon of tomato sauce, then add a few mozzarella cubes on top. Season with Parmesan and your spices and fold over the left and right corners of the puff pastry to cover. Pinch corners together to keep in place.
Beat egg(s) in a shallow bowl and add your cannoli inside. Use a brush to brush more eggs on any exposed puff pastry dough.
Place Panko breadcrumbs in another shallow bowl and place wet cannoli inside. Use a small spoon to cover all of the exposed egg.
Drizzle some olive oil onto your Brava metal sheet pan and place cannolis on the pan. Drizzle (or spray) more olive oil on top of cannoli and place in top rack of Brava. Press green button.
If puff pastry is not fully cooked, cook more, one minute at a time until golden brown.
