Start with shredded Oaxaca cheese evenly spread across all 3 zones, place the cheese the same width as your burrito.

Place the burrito on top of the Oaxaca cheese in Zone 1. Begin the cook.

About half way through the cook will pause and then instruct you to roll the burrito onto the cheese in zone 3.

After rolling the burrito to Zone 3, press the green button again to continue the cook.

The cook will complete with the burrito on top of the cheese in Zone 3. And you should have a crispy + cheesy coating for your burrito.
