Ingredients:
Cooked rice, cold (leftover rice works great)
Vegetable oil
Instructions:
Spread 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil on your Brava metal tray and use wet hands to press down the rice onto the sheet, making it as thick or thin as you desire.
Place on bottom rack of Brava and press the green button. The Brava will then pause to let you carefully flip over the rice. Sprinkle some more oil after flipping and place back in the Brava and press the green button.
Allow to slightly cool before cutting into rectangular pieces and serve the raw fish of your choice.
