Put CB in chef pot. Add 1 cup white wine and 1cup beef broth. Cover and put pot on top shelf and cook for 2 and 3/4 hours at 375 degrees. Add potatoes and carrots to pot. cover and return to Brava and cook for 30 minutes. Remove pot and take out CB and keep warm. Add cabbage and onions to pot, cover and return to Brava. Cook for 40 minutes. Remove and enjoy.
