1 batch makes approximately 24 medium-sized treats.
When completed, they can be stored for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container, 1 month in the refrigerator, or 6 months in the freezer. Make sure to press out as much air as possible when storing.
Equipment:
• Brava metal tray
• large mixing bowl
• whisk
• cutting board or other large flat surface
• rolling pin
• cookie cutters of desired shape
Ingredients:
• 15 oz pumpkin purée (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
• 3 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup oats
• 3 cups whole wheat flour, gluten-free flour, or brown rice flour
Steps:
1. Preheat Brava to 350°F in Bake mode. Prepare Brava metal tray.
2. In large mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, pumpkin purée, and eggs until combined. Add oats and flour and mix well until dough forms.
3. Pour dough onto floured flat surface and roll out to 1/2” thick sheet. Use cookie cutter to cut out biscuits then transfer to Brava metal tray.
4. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
5. Place on cooling racks and let cool thoroughly before feeding to your dog.
