This is one of my favorite appetizer when I eat at Cheesecake Factory.

I am using leftover ground beef for this recipe. If you are making from scratch, use the mode for making Fresh Hamburger (2 - 4 patties) and just crumble them up afterwards. You can also use the ground beef taco recipe if you are making a lot.

Try to look for super thin spring roll in the frozen section of Asian supermarket. The thin wrapper is more crispy and won't blister like the fresh wrapper.

You don't have to be exact in the amount of the ingredients. Add or minus anything you like to put in there. Just be mindful that the bacon is already salty and season accordingly.

Filling:
1 1/2 cup cooked lean ground beef
2 - 3 cooked bacon (chopped)
Salt
Black pepper
1/2 cup diced onion (cooked)
Slices of American or Cheddar cheese, cut into strips
Ketchup (per your taste)
Worcestershire sauce (per your taste)
Yellow mustard (per your taste)
Sweet pickle relish

1 packet spring roll wrappers (super thin frozen wrappers)
1 beaten egg

Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
3 tablespoons ketchup

Assemble:
Combine all the ingredients for the filling together and season to taste.
Place one sheet frozen wrapper on a flat surface like a diamond shape.
Spoon a couple of tablespoons of the filling onto the wrap forming a horizontal line near the center.
Place a few strips of cheese on top and spoon more filling over.
Brush some of the egg wash along the edges.
Pull the 2 side corners towards the center, overlapping them.
Take the corner at the bottom and fold over the center.
From there continue rolling upwards, towards the top corner.
Make sure the edges are secure.
Brush the whole spring roll with egg and set aside.

Method:

1) Put about 1 - 2 tablespoon of oil on the Glass Tray.
Roll the spring roll over the oil on both sides.
Arrange them on the tray. Do not overcrowd the tray.
Slide the Glass Tray into top shelf and press green button.

2) When Brava prompts you, flip rolls.
Slide the Glass Tray into top shelf and press green button.
