About this Custom Cook

Makes 1-2 Servings (approx 10 pieces)

Ingredients:
10-12 Chicken Wings (Thawed - **NOT FROZEN**)
Seasoning (Optional)
Oil (Your choosing)

Brava Gear:
Glass Tray

From your kitchen:
External Thermometer (not the Brava version)

Extra Gear (Optional):
Wire Rack (available on a certain 2 day shipping site. 8.5" x 12" will fit perfectly)

Directions:
1. Press the Button to preheat oven to 350.
**Do not put wings in during preheat**
2. Paper towel pat dry wings all all sides.
3. Add some oil onto the tops of the wings and rub over skin surface all sides.
4. Add seasoning if desired. (optional)
5. Place wire rack onto glass tray. Place 10-12 wings onto wire rack. **If no wire rack, very lightly oil glass tray and then place wings onto glass tray so that the wings do not touch each other.
6. When oven alerts, place glass tray with wings on bottom shelf.
7. Press the Button to Air Fry at 350°F.
8. When cooking is done, the oven will let the wings rest for a few minutes and then apply a top sear to the wings.
9. Oven will alert when done.

CAUTION***Check wing internal temp in thick part of a randomly chosen wing and make sure 160°F has been achieved.***

10. If chicken temp is not at 165°F, slide the glass tray back into the oven and add a bit longer cooking time on the oven touch screen (another 5-10 min or so as an example), however, the chicken wings should be at 165°F temp at this time. Repeat this step as needed if temp is not at 165°F on checking the chicken wings with a thermometer.
11. **CAUTION - Hot splatter. Carefully and slowly remove the glass tray (with/without wire rack) and hot oil and grease.
12. Let cool slightly and then serve.
