This will give your 12 oz pizza crust a beautiful crunch!

Set up your pizza like you would for a normal 12 oz pizza. The cooking program will add a 2 minute sear from the bottom lamps to the bottom of the pizza to give it a nice CRUNCH!

There will also be a quick sear from the top lamps at the end to help brown the pizza from the top a little :)

I usually use this program for my Vegan Pizzas, but it should work perfectly fine with your 12oz pizza!
