Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt

Pour eggs into well greased loaf pan. Slide pan into the middle of top shelf. Press button to start cook.

When Brava pauses, pull out pan and add desired toppings evenly across the top of the omelette. Return pan to top shelf and press button.

When Brava finishes, remove omlette from pan and carefully roll up it up. Enjoy.
