Ingredients:
5-6 Blanched Long Hot Peppers
Stuffing
3/4 lb. of Mild Italian sausage (I use Jimmy Dean Sage too)
1 small onion diced fine
2 tablespoons of dried oregano
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese (or parmesan)
dash of salt and pepper
In bowl combine ingredients for stuffing. Take blanched long hots. split font down the middle and clean out seeds. Stuff with mixture.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Rapid preheat on bake 350 degrees.
25 minutes after rapid preheat.
Warning: You might get a hot one. :)
