Beat 4 eggs with a pinch of salt.

Pour eggs into a well greased square pan, and put in the top shelf, and press button.

When the Brava pauses after 3 minutes, pull from the Brava and sprinkle your fillings(cheese, peppers or whatever) evenly across the top of the omelette. Then return to the top shelf and push the button.

When the Brava finishes, remove the pan and use a small spatula to carefully roll up the omelette!
