About this Custom Cook

Will make 2 Eggs, 4-6 Sausage Links, and Hash Browns for 1 serving.

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
4-6 Sausage links (Thawed)
1-2 Cups Hashbrowns (Thawed or partial frozen)
Butter
Seasoning (Optional)

Brava Gear:
Metal Tray
Egg Tray

Directions:
1. Rub a very thin layer of butter over all 3 zones of the metal tray.
2. Add 1-2 cups hashbrowns to zone 2-3 on metal tray. Spread even about 1" high.
3. Place 4-6 sausage links to zone 1 of the same metal tray.
4. Add seasoning to top of hashbrowns. (Optional)
5. Add 3 small pads of butter on top of hashbrowns.
6. Place metal tray in lower rack of oven with hashbrowns to the back of oven.
7. Press Button to Cook.
8. Add 2 tsp water in each of the rear egg cups on egg tray.
9. Crack 1 egg into each of the rear cups of egg tray you just added water.
10. Add seasoning. (Optional)
11. When oven alerts, remove potato and sausage tray from lower rack/oven and then slide egg tray in top shelf position of oven with eggs at rear of oven.
12. Press Button to Continue to Cook
13. When oven alerts...remove and plate food.
