I adapted this from the Hello Fresh meal kit of the same name.

1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 Roma tomatoes diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Two cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 tbsp tomato paste
Pinch of chili flakes
1 cup broth of choice
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened and combined with the broth as best as possible with a whisk.
Two cups refrigerated tortellini

For the topping, combine:
1/4 cup panko crumbs
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

*Please make sure cream cheese and broth mixture is ready before starting. Also make sure topping is ready before starting.

Press start button when ready to begin cooking. Brava will begin the cook with a pause and instructions.

Vegetable oil, tomatoes, salt and pepper to the chef's pan. Place uncovered in the brava and press start. Brava will top and bottom sear for 10 minutes. Then it will pause and give you further instructions.

Carefully remove chef's pan from the brava and add the Italian seasoning, chili flakes, garlic and tomato paste. Stir very well to combine for one full minute. Then add chicken broth and cream cheese mixture slowly, stirring to combine while scraping the sides and bottom with a heat safe rubber spatula. Add tortellini to the chef's pan, then place in brava, uncovered and hit start. Brava will slow cook for 10 minutes, and then it will pause and give further instruction.

Carefully remove chef's pan from the brava and sprinkle the panko mixture over top. Return to the brava uncovered and hit start. Brava will sear top for 3 minutes.
