Ingredients:
Presauced eel filet
Sesame seeds
Half onion sliced
First place the eel on a metal tray in zone 2 and put sliced onions on top. Place the tray on the bottom rack of the Brava and start the cook.
Once the cook is done, use a spatula to scoop up the unagi with onion and serve with rice. Sprinkle some sesame seeds for garnish.
