This will make enough to cover 2 slices of toast (4 slices of baguette)
Ingredients:
5oz of sliced mushrooms, Shiitake works well
3 tablespoons of butter
1 tsp minced garlic
1/3 cup heavy cream
Salt, pepper, dill weed
This cook has three steps and uses the square pan on the top shelf.
1. Add garlic and butter to melt
2. Add mushrooms to sauté
3. Add cream and black pepper
Season with salt and dill weed
