About this Recipe

This flank steak packs a punch of flavor thanks to simple spices, fresh orange and lime juice, cilantro, and a secret ingredient: worcestershire. Marinate steak for at least one hour before quickly cooking in Brava and enjoy in tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and more. Serve with fresh cilantro and lime wedges, if desired. Looking for more char? Slide the personalization slider up by 20%, or chop up into bits after cooking and sear on the metal tray. As a note: check the ingredients on your bottle of worcestershire if you have food allergies, as some contain gluten or anchovies. Sub in soy sauce or tamari if needed.

    • In mixing bowl, whisk together oil, orange juice, lime juice, smashed garlic, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, kosher salt, and ground cumin.
