About this Recipe

Your new go-to Summer treat? Roasted Peaches & Ice Cream. Simply toss peach slices with your favorite sweetener before quickly roasting in Brava, and spoon over vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator to enjoy on more ice cream or yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups sliced peaches (½ inch slices), about 2 lbs of peaches
  • 2.0 teaspoons sugar, maple syrup, or honey
  • Few pinches of kosher salt
  • Vanilla bean ice cream for serving

Instructions

    Prep peaches

    • Select “Roasted Peaches & Ice Cream” on your touchscreen and follow on-screen instructions to select desired quantity.
    • In mixing bowl, toss 2½ cups sliced peaches with 2 teaspoons sugar, maple syrup, or honey and few pinches of kosher salt.

    Roast peaches

    • Arrange peach mixture (including any liquid from mixing bowl) in single layer in Zone 2 of Brava Metal Tray.
    • Slide metal tray into top shelf and press green button to begin cooking.

    Finish & serve

    • When peaches are cooked, let cool slightly, and spoon onto bowls of vanilla bean ice cream.
