Peach & Burrata Toasts

About this Recipe
Peach & Burrata Toasts are a must-make summertime appetizer. Simply toast baguette slices, top with burrata, ripe peach slices, and a few finishing touches to bring it all together. If you can’t find burrata, sub in fresh mozzarella cheese, ricotta, or goat cheese. Nectarines, plums, and any other stone fruit would also work well in place of the peaches if needed.
Ingredients
- 4.0 sourdough baguette, sliced at an angle
- 4.0 burrata or fresh mozzarella cheese, or more if desired
- 2.0 count ripe peaches, sliced into thin wedges
- Few sprigs fresh thyme
- Extra virgin olive oil, flaky salt, and freshly cracked black pepper
- Honey and crushed red chili flakes for serving (optional)

Toast bread
- Select “Peach & Burrata Toasts” on your Brava touchscreen.
- Arrange baguette slices across Zones 1, 2, & 3 in a single layer on the Brava Metal Tray.
- Follow-on screen instructions to slide metal tray into bottom shelf, and press green button to begin cooking.

Finish & serve
- When baguette slices are done toasting, transfer to serving dish.
- Break up ball of burrata and evenly distribute on top of toasted baguette slices. Top each toast with slices of peach. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and honey, if desired.
- Remove fresh thyme leaves from sprigs and sprinkle over toasts. Top with flaky salt, cracked black pepper, and crushed red chili flakes, if using. Serve immediately.
