Ingredients
- For the batter:
- 1¼ cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon oil or melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar (omit if preparing savory crepes)
- Pinch of kosher salt
- For serving:
- Sweet fillings or toppings: fresh fruit, cinnamon-roasted apples, whipped cream, maple syrup, or hazelnut spread
- Savory fillings or toppings: grated cheese, bacon, roasted vegetables, fresh herbs

Blend batter
- In Vitamix blender, add milk, flour, eggs, oil or butter, sugar, if using, and a pinch of kosher salt. Blend until smooth.

Cook crepes
- Grease Brava square pan with cooking spray or butter.
- Select “Brava x Vitamix Crepes” on the touchscreen and follow instructions to pour ⅓ cup batter into well greased square pan.
- Slide square pan into top shelf, and press green button to begin cooking.

Finish & serve
- When Brava notifies you that the cook is complete, carefully remove square pan.
- Use rubber spatula to gently release the crepe from the pan, then roll it up and transfer to plate to serve with desired sweet or savory fixings.
- Repeat above steps with remaining batter.
