About this Recipe

All of the goodness you love in classic S’mores - but make it a quesadilla. Take it up a notch with Chef Andrew’s secret ingredient: cinnamon sugar!

Ingredients

  • 1.0 count flour tortillas (8-10”)
  • 0.25 cups mini marshmallows
  • 0.25 cups chocolate squares
  • 0.25 cups graham crackers, in large or small pieces
  • 1.0 tablespoons Cinnamon sugar (optional)
  • butter

Instructions

    Prep quesadilla

    • Brush soft butter on one side of tortilla.
    • Cover Brava metal tray with aluminum foil.
    • Place tortilla, buttered side down, on Zones 1 and 2 of Brava metal tray.
    • Add marshmallows, chocolate, graham cracker and cinnamon sugar to center of tortilla.
    • Make the center about an 1” smaller than the edge of your tortilla to account for marshmallow spread.
    • Fold tortilla in half, ensuring it remains in Zones 1 and 2 of metal tray.
    • Using a fork, poke a few holes on the top side of tortilla to prevent air pockets.

    Cook quesadilla

    • Slide metal tray into bottom shelf.
    • Select “S’mores Quesadilla” on your Brava touchscreen and follow instructions.

    Serve

    • When your food is done, cut quesadilla in half.
    • Enjoy as is or serve with ice cream and favorite topping.
