About this Recipe
Brava Chef Andrew delivers the perfect marriage between American fries and Italian cheese. Crispy, salty, flavorful Parmesan French Fries are the real deal. As a note, this recipe uses frozen fries, and you can always cook fresh fries under the russet potatoes program. Enjoy with your favorite sports game or alongside a delicious barbeque.
Ingredients
- 2.0 cups frozen ¼” fries, shoestring or traditional style
- 0.25 cups grated parmesan (Parmigiano-Reggiano)
- kosher salt

Prep fries and tray
- Place frozen fries lengthwise on indicated zones of Brava metal tray.
- Slide Metal tray into top shelf.
- Note: you will add cheese after 15 minutes.

Prep Parmesan
- While fries cook, grate ¼ cup parmesan cheese.

Add cheese
- Once Brava notifies you, carefully remove metal tray.
- Add cheese to the top of fries.
- Slide metal tray into top shelf.

Finish and serve
- When your food is done, transfer fries to a mixing bowl. Add extra toppings, if desired. Add pinch of salt; toss well. Serve immediately.
