French Fries with Yum Yum Sauce

About this Recipe
Brandi Milloy’s hack for taking frozen French fries from drab to crispy and crunchy? You guessed it, a quick stint in the Brava on the metal tray. While the fries cook in Brava, whisk together a quick Yum Yum sauce of Japanese mayo, BBQ sauce, ketchup, and a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce.
Ingredients
- For the fries:
- cups frozen shoestring French fries, or a ~24-28 oz bag frozen shoestring French fries
- Few pinches fresh parsley, chopped
- For the yum yum sauce:
- 0.75 cups Japanese mayo, such as Kewpie brand
- 2.0 tablespoons Japanese BBQ sauce
- 1.0 tablespoons ketchup
- Few dashes of your favorite hot sauce, to taste
- kosher salt

Prep & cook French fries
- Select “French Fries with Yum Yum Sauce” on the Brava touchscreen.
- Arrange frozen French fries evenly in a single layer across zones 1, 2, & 3 of the Brava Metal Tray.
- Slide metal tray into bottom shelf.
- Press green button to begin cooking.

Prep Yum Yum sauce
- While French fries cook in Brava, prep sauce.
- In small bowl, whisk together mayo, BBQ sauce, ketchup, and few dashes hot sauce. Season with few pinches kosher salt to taste and set aside.

Finish & serve
- When fries are done cooking, carefully remove metal tray from Brava and transfer fries to large mixing bowl. Toss fries with few pinches chopped fresh parsley and few pinches salt to combine.
- Transfer fries to serving plate and enjoy with sauce on the side.
