Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2.0 bread, or 1 English muffin or bagel, halved
- 2.0 cheese, such as cheddar or jack
- 1.0 count egg
- butter
- nonstick cooking spray (optional)
- kosher salt and black pepper

Prep sandwich
- Set out butter to soften for 15–30 minutes.
- Evenly spread softened butter on one side of bread slice.
- Place bread slice, buttered side down, in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray.
- Top other bread slice with 2 slices cheese.

Prep egg
- Lightly butter or spray indicated cup on Brava egg tray.
- Crack 1 egg into indicated cup.
- Season egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Slide egg tray into top shelf and metal tray into bottom shelf
- Select “Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich” on your Brava touchscreen and follow instructions.

Assemble sandwich & serve
- When your food is done, using a spoon, gently scoop out egg, being careful not to break yolk. Place egg on cheese-topped bread slice. Cover with remaining bread slice, buttered side up.
- If you want to make more sandwiches, let metal tray, egg tray and Brava cool for about 5 minutes before proceeding.
