Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

  • 2.0 cheese, such as cheddar or jack
  • 1.0 count egg

Instructions

    Prep sandwich

    • Set out butter to soften for 15–30 minutes.
    • Evenly spread softened butter on one side of bread slice.
    • Place bread slice, buttered side down, in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray.
    • Top other bread slice with 2 slices cheese.

    Prep egg

    • Lightly butter or spray indicated cup on Brava egg tray.
    • Crack 1 egg into indicated cup.
    • Season egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Slide egg tray into top shelf and metal tray into bottom shelf

    • Select “Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich” on your Brava touchscreen and follow instructions.

    Assemble sandwich & serve

    • When your food is done, using a spoon, gently scoop out egg, being careful not to break yolk. Place egg on cheese-topped bread slice. Cover with remaining bread slice, buttered side up.
    • If you want to make more sandwiches, let metal tray, egg tray and Brava cool for about 5 minutes before proceeding.
