Ingredients

  • For the shrimp:
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 2.0 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 10.0 ounces peeled and deveined shrimp (15-18 shrimp)
  • For the slaw:
  • 6.0 ounces coleslaw mix
  • 2.0 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2.0 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 count jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • For the salsa:
  • 1.0 count mango, diced
  • 0.5 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 count jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • For serving:
  • 4.0 count organic yellow corn tortillas
  • More lime and cilantro, if desired
  • cooking oil
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Marinate Shrimp

    • In medium bowl, stir together lime juice, taco seasoning, 1 teaspoon cooking oil and pinch of salt and pepper.
    • Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Add shrimp to bowl with spice mixture and toss to coat.
    • Marinate for 5–10 minutes.

    Prep coleslaw

    • In medium bowl, toss together coleslaw mix, sour cream, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.

    Cook shrimp & tortillas

    • Select “Shrimp Tacos & Mango Salsa” on the Brava touchscreen and follow instructions.
    • Drain shrimp and evenly spread in Zone 2 of Brava metal tray.
    • Stack corn tortillas and wrap in foil. Place in center of Brava glass tray.
    • Slide metal tray into top shelf and glass tray into bottom shelf. Press green button to begin cooking.

    Make mango salsa

    • While food cooks, prepare salsa.
    • In small bowl, stir together mango, tomato, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.

    Finish & serve

    • When your food is done, if desired, cut shrimp into bite-size pieces.
    • Place tortillas on individual plates and top with slaw, shrimp, and salsa.
    • Serve with more lime and cilantro if desired.
