Roasted Garlic and Herb Aioli

This spread is perfect for sandwiches, roasted potatoes, french fries, vegetables and lots more!
Ingredients
- 1.0 count head garlic
- 0.3333333333333333 cups mayonnaise
- 0.25 cups chopped fresh herbs (chives, tarragon, parsley, basil and/or thyme)
- kosher salt and black pepper

Instructions

Prep garlic
- Cut off top ½ inch of garlic head.
- Place the garlic, cut side up, in Zone 2 of Brava metal tray.
- Drizzle garlic with 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil and season with a pinch of salt.
- Using your hands, rub salt and oil into garlic.

Roast garlic
- Slide metal tray into top shelf.
- Press green button to begin cooking.
- While food cooks, prepare aioli.

Make aioli
- In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, chives, tarragon, thyme leaves, and a pinch of salt and black pepper, stir well.

Finish & serve
- When your food is done, allow garlic to cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
- Squeeze garlic cloves from skins.
- In small bowl, using a fork, smash garlic until smooth.
- Stir roasted garlic puree into mayonnaise mixture and serve.
