Summer Fruit Chutney

Ingredients

  • 2.0 firm stone fruit (peaches, plums, mangoes, etc.)
  • 0.5 count small red onion, sliced
  • 0.25 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 2.0 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1.0 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 6.0 count cardamom pods, lightly cracked
  • 0.25 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 0.25 cups golden raisins
  • Vegetable oil
  • kosher salt

Instructions

    Prep fruit

    • Cut stone fruit in half, remove pits and cut into 1-inch pieces.
    • In medium bowl combine stone fruit, vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, onion, cardamom, chili flakes, 2 tablespoons oil and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.

    Cook chutney

    • Evenly spread chutney in a single layer in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray.
    • Slide metal tray into top shelf.
    • Select “Summer Fruit Chutney” on your Brava touchscreen and follow instructions.

    Finish & serve

    • When your food is done, transfer chutney to same bowl, fold in raisins and serve with your favorite meats and vegetables.
