Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado and Tomato (BLAT) Hot Dogs

Ingredients

  • 4.0 count bacon
  • 4.0 count hot dogs
  • 4.0 count hot dog buns
  • 1.0 count ripe avocado, mashed with a fork
  • 1.0 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1.0 count large tomato, seeded and diced

Instructions

    Wrap hot dogs

    • Using your hands, tightly wrap a slice of bacon around each hot dog.
    • Place hot dogs vertically in Zone 2 of Brava glass tray.

    Cook hot dogs

    • Slide glass tray into bottom shelf.
    • Select “Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado and Tomato Hot Dogs” on your touchscreen and follow instructions.

    Serve

    • Spread mashed avocado on each hot dog bun and top with lettuce.
    • When your food is done, place bacon-wrapped hot dogs on top of lettuce and finish with chopped tomatoes.
