Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado and Tomato (BLAT) Hot Dogs

Ingredients
- 4.0 count bacon
- 4.0 count hot dogs
- 4.0 count hot dog buns
- 1.0 count ripe avocado, mashed with a fork
- 1.0 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1.0 count large tomato, seeded and diced

Wrap hot dogs
- Using your hands, tightly wrap a slice of bacon around each hot dog.
- Place hot dogs vertically in Zone 2 of Brava glass tray.

Cook hot dogs
- Slide glass tray into bottom shelf.
- Select “Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado and Tomato Hot Dogs” on your touchscreen and follow instructions.

Serve
- Spread mashed avocado on each hot dog bun and top with lettuce.
- When your food is done, place bacon-wrapped hot dogs on top of lettuce and finish with chopped tomatoes.
