  • 3.0 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 cup butter
  • 0.5 cups sour cream
  • kosher salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Cook mashed potatoes

    • Add potatoes, milk, ½ cup butter and a big pinch of salt and pepper to Brava Chef’s Pan.
    • Press green button to begin preheating.
    • When Brava is preheated, slide Chef’s Pan, covered, into top shelf. Press green button again to begin baking.

    Finish and serve

    • Carefully remove Chef’s Pan.
    • Using a fork or potato masher, mash potatoes until desired consistency.
    • Stir in ½ cup butter and sour cream and add a big pinch of salt and pepper.
