You may have heard of sheet pan pancakes, but we’ll bet you’ve never cooked them in less than 10 minutes. Chef George Duran puts his Brava spin on this trendy, fun recipe concept. We love this recipe because it’s so versatile - you can add any toppings you like! We love this pancake with chocolate chips, but try it with berries and whipped cream or chopped pecans and cinnamon sugar. Let your imagination run wild with the toppings on this one. This is a great recipe to make with your kids because they’ll love making funny faces or animal shapes with the toppings.
Ingredients
- 1.0 cups dry pancake mix
- 0.75 cups milk
- 1.0 count egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Berries, sliced bananas, chocolate chips, nuts or other favorite toppings
- Butter, maple syrup or whipped cream, for serving
- nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

Make pancake batter
- In medium bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, egg and vegetable oil.

Assemble pancake
- Lightly spray Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray.
- Evenly pour pancake batter in Zones 1, 2 and 3 of metal tray, ensuring batter reaches all edges of tray.
- Evenly distribute toppings on top of pancake batter.

Cook pancake
- Slide metal tray into top shelf.
- Select “Sheet Pan Pancake” on your touchscreen and follow instructions.

Serve
- When your food is done, cut pancake into squares.
- Stack squares on individual plates and top with butter and maple syrup or whipped cream and serve.
