Loaded Tater Tot Kebabs

About this Recipe
We love tater tots and baked potatoes (who doesn’t?). Chef George Duran didn’t want to choose between the crispy crunch of tater tots or the classic toppings of a loaded baked potato, so he combined them! The result is a gooey, crispy, cheesy mashup that might as well be called Loaded Tater Tot Nacho Kebabs...but that’s a bit of a mouthful.
Ingredients
- 30.0 count frozen tater tots
- 0.25 American cheese (½-inch pieces)
- 0.25 shredded cheese like Cheddar, Monterey Jack or Mozzarella
- Sour cream for serving
- Bacon bits, for serving
- Chopped green onions, for serving
- Pickled jalapenos for serving (optional)

Cook tater tots
- Evenly spread tater tots on Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava metal tray.
- Slide metal tray into top shelf.
- Select “Loaded Tater Tot Kebabs” and follow instructions.
- Note: You will skewer tater tots at 15 min 40 sec.

Skewer and top tater tots
- Once Brava notifies you, carefully remove metal tray.
- Skewer 5 tater tots on each skewer and place skewers on Zones 1, 2 and 3 of metal tray.
- Evenly distribute cheeses on top of tots.
- Slide metal tray into top shelf and press green button to continue cooking.

Serve
- When your food is done, transfer tater tot kebabs to a serving platter.
- Top kebabs with sour cream, bacon bits, green onions and jalapeños, if desired.
