Slow Cooked Egg Bites

About this Recipe

Forget going to your local coffee shop for these. Now you can make them fresh at home for a fraction of the cost! These are great to make in advance - just reheat for 3-5 minutes on the glass tray on the bottom shelf. Egg bites can be stored, or refrigerated, for 4 days.

Ingredients

  • 6.0 count eggs
  • 2.0 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2.0 count cooked bacon, crumbled into small pieces
  • 1.0 cups grated cheese, like cheddar, monterey jack and/or mozzarella
  • kosher salt
  • butter or cooking spray

Instructions

    Prep egg mixture and preheat Brava

    • Press green button to begin preheating Brava.
    • In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, bacon, cheese and a few pinches of salt.

    Cook egg bites

    • Lightly butter or spray all wells of Brava muffin tray.
    • Fill each well about ¾ full with egg mixture.
    • Once preheat is complete, slide muffin tray into top shelf and press green button to begin cooking.

    Serve

    • When your food is done, carefully remove egg bites and serve.
