Banana Bread
by Brava Chef Annie
About this Recipe
Everyone needs a banana bread recipe. It’s simple to throw together and we’d bet you already have most of the ingredients in your kitchen. The key is to use overripe bananas and Greek yogurt. Those speckled bananas sitting on your countertop are the best way to ensure the right balance of sweetness and texture. Greek yogurt lends added moisture and tang. This recipe is delicious as is, but feel free to add your favorite fixings; chocolate chips, cinnamon, and walnuts are all great additions. This recipe is a crowd-pleasing dessert, and even better with your morning cup of jo. It’s also fabulous served warm with good quality butter, a drizzle of honey, and flaky salt.
