Garlic Roasted Broccoli

About this Recipe
Broccoli is a customer favorite in the Brava. Here, we give it a simple spin with the addition of garlic before roasting for an extra punch of flavor. While delicious as is with garlic, olive oil, and salt, feel free to mix it up. Chef Annie loves topping this finished dish with fresh lemon and Parmigiano-Reggiano, or lime juice, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
Ingredients
- 6.0 cups broccoli florets
- 2.0 count cloves garlic, minced
- Lemon and Parmigiano-Reggiano
- extra-virgin olive oil

Prep broccoli
- In large bowl, toss together broccoli,1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, and several generous pinches of kosher salt.
- Arrange broccoli evenly across Zones 1, 2 and 3 of Brava Metal Tray.

Cook broccoli
- Select “Garlic Roasted Broccoli” on touchscreen and follow instructions.
- Slide Metal Tray on top shelf and press green button to begin cooking.

Finish & serve
- When broccoli is cooked, arrange on platter and top with desired toppings.
