Dulce de Leche

by Brava Chef Andrew

About this Recipe

Dulce De Leche is a popular Latin American dessert, traditionally made by slowly heating milk and sugar for several hours until it’s soft and spreadable. It’s fabulous in cookies and other sweet treats, and Chef Andrew Brava-tized this recipe to come together with a secret ingredient as a shortcut - sweetened condensed milk. Once cooked, store in an airtight container in the fridge for several weeks. Bring to room temperature before using for easy pouring.
