It doesn’t get easier or tastier than this five ingredient recipe. Cilantro Lime Shrimp comes together in a pinch and works in everything from tacos to grain bowls. Once cooked, toss shrimp with more fresh lime juice and fresh cilantro to bring it all together.
Ingredients
- 1.0 pounds uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 0.25 cups cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- zest of ½ lime
- juice of ½ lime
- more cilantro and lime for serving
- kosher salt

Prep and cook the shrimp
- Optional: cut shrimp into bite sized pieces. In mixing bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, cilantro, few pinches kosher salt, and lime zest and lime juice.

Finish & serve
