Three Ingredient Protein Pancakes
by Brandi Milloy
About this Recipe
Pancakes are not often thought of as a weekday meal, but here’s a hack to make them in less than 10 minutes. Our friend Brandi Milloy customized the simplest protein pancake recipe with just three ingredients. Brandi loves making this for her family as an easy way to sneak her kids some protein first thing in the morning, while still feeling like a treat. The recipe can easily be tailored, you can use whatever milk or fruit you have. No fruit - no problem, a dollop of jam can do the trick too!
